J'ai dirigé de 1979 à 2004 le CIEL, Club photo des institutions européennes à Luxembourg. Le site du CIEL est remarquablement tenu. Il informe sur les activités de ses membres, l'actualité photographique au Grand Duché de Luxembourg et donne de précieuses informations. Les pages "formation" et "liens" sont particulièrement instructives.
